Pepper and Sugar Payment Policy:
According to the payment policy of Pepper and Sugar, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required upon approval of the offer. This deposit serves as a guarantee for initiating the collaboration and securing the event date. It also covers expenses incurred due to the preparation of the order.
The remaining amount must be settled within 7 business days after the invoice is issued.
Pepper and Sugar Cancellation Policy:
In case the client cancels the collaboration five (5) days prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations up to 2 days before the agreed event date, 70% of the total amount must be paid. For cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed event time, the full amount must be paid as compensation to Pepper and Sugar, and the order will be delivered in its entirety to the client.
This policy is implemented to cover potential losses and additional expenses incurred due to the preparation and planning of the collaboration.
