At Pepper & Sugar, our journey began with a childhood passion – a love for cooking and patisserie – which evolved into something truly special. Since the age of 15, Pavlos Sfikakis cooked in his mother’s kitchen and at his own home, offering friends and family, flavours he loves.
After graduating from the Food Science Department of the Agricultural University of Athens, completing his studies at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona, and receiving training from WSPC in the wine world, he decided to share his love for gastronomy with all of you. Each of his creations is a journey through the narrative of tastes and aromas.
In 2013, Pavlos Sfikakis founded Pepper & Sugar. Today, along with his specialized team, he offers his guests a high-level private dining experience, tailored made for every occasion.
